- KKKatie KimeryJul 20, 20265.0Dr. Boutwell is amazing. I came in after going from vet to vet trying to figure out what was going on with my cat. Not only did she work with me on getting him the right medicine, she also referred to a dental specialist, who was able to identify the issue immediately. She would call and just check in on my cat periodically, as well as explain in detail the specialist was recommending / the diagnosis (even though she did not have to). She truly made all my concerns and worries go away. I have never felt the bedside manner she embodied at a vet before. Truly a vet that cares for her patients and goes above and beyond to make sure the pet parents are knowledgeable on what’s going on and to make sure their babies are well cared for.

My cat was at ease with her and the vet, who was also friendly and knowledgeable. The problem was addressed and amended very quickly. I'm very pleased with my visit, and will be taking my other kitties there too.
