  Worst Petco grooming experience I’ve ever had, strongly recommend avoiding this location. This store currently has two groomers, and in my experience, one of them (Jemeki) provided very poor service. She came across as having a negative attitude and did not show much patience with my dog. During the appointment, I was told my dog’s coat was “tangled,” which resulted in additional charges that felt unnecessary and unexpected. I’ve taken my dog to multiple grooming locations across different states and have never had any issues. I’ve always been told he behaves well, so this was the first time I was told otherwise. My dog was ultimately referred out with no clear explanation or solution provided directly by the groomer. She also did not communicate this to me herself and instead had someone else inform me. Overall, the experience felt rushed, unprofessional, and poorly handled. I left very disappointed and would not recommend this groomer based on my visit.

  They wouldn't groom my dog because of matting. I made the appointment online and I said in his profile that he had some matting so they knew. What a waste of gas. They suggested a pet hospital. So I went to the groomer who did him before with no problem. Aren't y'all supposed to professionals? Naw y'all just lazy and didn't want to do it. Y'all get a check anyway so what do you care.
