  Don't do it! Even though the location may be convenient and the price is reasonable, the grooming is by far the worse I've ever seen as a life long dog owner. The first groom was done by either an amateur or a child. I allegedly spoke to the owner and asked that this particular groomer never service my dogs. The second time, the cut was barely average. Yes, I even gave the business a third try. Why? Because I am a life long dog owner I understand animals are just that animals, so things happen. The third time left me wondering what did you do for the past five hours? Did someone's child care or not care for my dogs? It was absolutely absurd. I tried calling the establishment and the gatekeeper did just that, gatekeep and I never connected with the owner again. A customer of a small business should be able to speak with the owner about their experience. If the owner isn't willing to hear legitimate concerns they shouldn't be in the service business. Unfortunately, after a few weeks of thinking about it, I decided to post my experience and warn fellow local dog owners before they spend their hard earned money and time to seek another groomer. Any groomer who doesn't groom dogs properly is not concerned about the well being of your dog. Grooming is essential for certain breeds of dogs, find a groomer and business who will care for your four legged family member appropriately.

  I love taking my dog to My Pet Groomer! The groomers are experienced, detail oriented, and take a lot of care with dogs of all kinds. My collie shep is a nervous breed, but she had no issues. I booked my appointment a few days in advance. With the staff being so busy, it can sometimes be difficult to talk on the phone, but the website has a form you can send. Thank you Norene, Melissa, and Chris!

  Very VERY BAD GROOMING, my SHIH TZU WAS VERY PATCHIE HAIR JUST ALL OVER THE PLACE,NOT EVEN AT ALL,TOE NAILS WASN'T CLIPPED 😠😡🤬 THE ONLY THING THAT WAS GOOD ABOUT MY DOG GETTING GROOMED WAS HER TAIL.... VERY PISSED OFF BECAUSE I CAME HOME AND FIXED HER HAIR CUT🤬

  $15 for 2 minutes behind after 12 years of coming here!!! And never being late!!! So, much for great customer service!!! Front desk worker is RUDE and very unprofessional!!! I asked to speak with a manager or contact for the manager and she stated, "She's the manager ". Poor customer service all the way around¡! His groomer April is great!!!
