  Couldn’t tell if my cat was a boy or a girl for the longest time even when she was in heat, they told us she was pregnant twice and told us that her surgery was gonna be up-priced due to being pregnant and then after the surgery, they told us actually she’s not pregnant and they didn’t tell us the price of the spay surgery or anything we needed to get or buy to prepare my cat for the healing process. They mentioned they have a laser for healing to make it easier but told us it doesn’t work at the moment and gave us a cone that doesn’t fit in her neck at all and slips right out of it so easily. Never coming back here again.

  Corp owned now and overpriced, short on service and skills. My 15 year old cat misdiagnosed and Ms King really should go back to school. She missed many of the details of our blood work on Ringo. Then to say he needs fluids as a cure was totally a miss, over charged for future visits even after they gave us a quote. This is the entitled Vet where they think they are doing us a favor. 6.19.26 Ringo Z. ,Orange Tabby,he has cancer not kidney disease as I was told and treated for ,he is on his last leg of his life . Not much we can do about him now but keep him comfortable .II really think Hillcrest needs a senior Vet at that place !

  Everytime I bring my dog in she receives a thorough exam and individualized consideration, and when she leaves she is either fully cured or we are equipped with a a plan to have her fully cured shortly thereafter. The staff and doctors truly care about each patient. And the pricing isn’t bad at all as long as you have realistic expectations. Don’t expect it to be $40 and bam your pet is fixed. Overall I have a great experience every time!

  Thieves... They charged us $570 and nothing was done for my kitty baby they offered no antibiotics they offered no intravenous fluid for dehydration they offered no pain medicine however they did offer their affiliate on Summer avenue who tried to charge us $4,600 for a pymoetra surgery.. we happily declined and went to Walnut Grove animal clinic they charged us a reasonable price of $1300 for the surgery And our Kitty baby is good and alive because of them I suggest you do the same
