  Front desk worker she also assisted us in the back. Went above and beyond to make sure we were understanding everything that was going on. Extremely Extraordinary Customer service!

  Unprofessional, called first time it rang and was hung up. Second time a lady named Shauna ( I apologize if i misspelled) answered. When the call began she sighed. And I explained the situation and she directed me to MAS. I understand that. I called again just to try to see if it were possible to speak to a vet only because I just felt like I wanted to someone more compassionate to see if they knew about better options or resources. And they were busy that’s fine. But when I she asked why I told her I wanted to speak to someone who’s an expert. And she said “oh?! Ok then”, in a way that she seemed offended I said that…. I assure you Shawna, it wasn’t meant in an offensive or insulting way. But needed more information at this pressing time and I didn’t want to deal with someone who has no compassion. Not to mention this cat is injured that’s the main reason why I called.

  Horrible staff that rip off people.charging ridiculous amounts with you not seeing what they do to the animal.covert racism displayed by staff.putting caucasian over ethnics first.nasty small waiting room with cockroaches the size of small trees.wait time is 3 or so hours to sit on minor animal injuries.a person dropped off a dog hit by a car.was mistreated badly by staff.as the dog screamed and barked.with a lie on their bulletin board stating animals getting seen first injured badly.only making that as a note to caucasian patrons.they got 187.00 holding the animal away from you to secure the payment.with inaccurate information on the animal discharge papers.which is BBB complaints to improve their inadequate services.i will not let nobody mindset change me to dislike people for racist encounters.

  I’m really happy with the service I received today. They laid out all of my options very clearly, gave me so much information about my cat’s condition, and advice on how to manage his symptoms at home. They were so much more helpful than my primary vet and even offered several recommendations for new primary vets I could try. I can’t imagine doing what these people do. I literally cried twice in the lobby just seeing what other people were dealing with.
