It’s like an emergency for humans, so prepare to wait. BUT the staff were so sweet, caring, & helpful i knew my baby was in good hands! So thankful I just walked in and got checked in right away. My cat had eye injury w blood/swelling.

We took our 16 year old dog here over a long weekend (Labor day weekend) because she was having uti symptoms. The doctor came out and presented a treatment plan of $1100 to take xrays and do blood work- side note: she presented the same treatment plan and price to the lady next to me that brought her dog in that had been attacked and had lacerations on its abdomen. I asked if they just could not run a urinalysis to see if it was a uti. They said no. I paid their exam fee of $187 and left with no treatment for my senior dog. I gave her left over pain meds that we had at home and got her in yesterday with HER vet. It's a UTI. They gave her antibiotics and an anti-inflammatory all for the price of $165. This emergency vet seems very money hungry. They sent a 16 year old dog home in pain for a long weekend because they wouldn't just run a urinalysis. Do better. Care more.

I see a lot of reviews about wait times and cost….I want to remind people that any “emergency room” is going to take time and owning a pet comes with expenses. I came in around 11 pm and stayed for quite a while (as expected). During this time, the staff was extremely nice and helpful with any and all questions I asked. They fixed my baby and I will forever be grateful. If you are in need of an emergency visit then please do not let the negative reviews deter you from this place! I 100% recommend them.

Not very impressed. Our dog was in the back for over 2 hrs only for us to be told that they had done a physical exam, and that we had to spend $1100 before we could get anything to treat what's wrong. She has all the symptoms of a UTI, but they refused to test for just that. Also, it feels like they charge everyone the same, as we heard that same general price offered several times for all kinds of different issues. Will never go back.

We had to put our sweet boy down after 11 years. They were the only clinic open and even though they were busy with an emergency they treated us with such care and kindness. The girls were so gentle with our pup and Dr Dixon explained everything very well. They held him for us until we could bury him ❤️
