- MMMrandmrscandelas3 days ago1.0Went here with a dog that got hit at 430 and was told no vets on staff until 6pm so they sent us to another clinic the person up front was rude and didn't even try to render care DONT EVER TAKE YOUR PET HERE go to walnut grove instead false advertisement you have emergency in your title you are supposed to have a vet on staff for situations like this hints emergency center in your name

Then when you walk into a place that visibly hasn't changed since 1986, you wonder if you made the right choice. I'm here to tell you that this place IS the right choice. The staff here are excellent. The prices are reasonable. They cared for my sick little man the same way I would, with: kindness, urgency, and empathy. Do not let this locations 'location' deter you. Do not judge this book by its cover. You and your animal will get exactly what you need here and you will go home assured of next steps. Now a warning to all my animal lovers out there: NEVER EVER EVER GO TO THE EMERGENCY VET ON GERMANTOWN ROAD (PetMed I think). You will regret it. You and your pet will wait. You and your pet will suffer. You will be charged outrageously and they essentially hold your pet hostage until you agree to pay. The staff is rude and unprepared. That facility may be more current and in a 'safer' part of town, but trust me on this, that appearance is a cover for the worst vet in town.
