I didn't have a very good experience at this animal health clinic they advertise $25 for a visit I was trying to get my dog looked at for his excessive scratching never trying to push products on me and once they realize that I wasn't trying to buy their products they said thank you come again. So I drove all the way across town 40 minutes for nothing. Would not recommend this place

I left an honest negative review yesterday, and it appears that Animal Health Clinic has either retaliated against me for it or they are too incompetent to even register a pet's new $88 microchip. Today I logged in to see my cat's new microchip page had been registered under someone else's NAME, and that she was labeled as a DOG! I am unable to edit either one of those items on the account, and am waiting on customer service at the Home Again microchip company to correct the errors made by Animal Health Clinic. Making TWO errors on something as important and expensive as a pet's microchip is exactly the level of service you can expect here. I added a screenshot as proof, I am also saving my correspondence with the microchip company as proof of what I believe is retaliation that is RISKING MY INNOCENT PET'S SAFETY.

Underqualified vet just said "cats don't get pododermatitis" and then tried to dismiss my pets symptoms in favor of a complete tooth extraction...cringey bedside manner geared towards money rather than my pet's health. I advocated for standard first-line treatment and he actually wrote an Rx for 12ml of antibiotic, less than half of the smallest standard bottle (30ml)! He made it an either-or decision, either antibiotics or pain medicine! $263 and I still do not have what I need for my pet's conditions. $88 for a microchip, $45 for rabies vaccine, and they can't even check pet's stool for parasites in-house. Find a vet who can at least google the symptoms and write a standard Rx, instead of whatever this is.

Took a couple days off work to get my cat fixed. When I booked the appointment I was told a day but not any times. I waited thinking they would do a preprocedure call like everyone else or send an email the night before but never heard from them. I gave my cat the antinausea pill the night before and didn’t let him eat or drink anything because that’s what you normally do for surgeries. I called as soon as they opened 730 in the morning and they said they should have sent me a text the day before which I never got and told me that he had to be there between 730 and 8. I told them I’m so sorry I could be there it just might be a few minutes past 8 (less than 10) and they told me the doctor has a busy schedule and they would have to reschedule me for a couple weeks out. It already took me a couple weeks to get this appointment and I took off work for 2 days for this. They probably overbooked their day but come on. I asked why it wasn’t explained to me during booking or why no one called to confirm the day before like normal and I had to be the one to call when I hadn’t gotten a phone call or email and she told me they must have gotten busy. I get that it’s not a big deal for them but it’s a very big deal to the customer when they plan weeks in advance and take off work. I only went here because this is where my cats previous owner took him but I live in McMinnville and will be switching over to a different vet.

This vet tried to guilt me into making one visit cost thousands of dollars. Yes my dog was sick but "I don't have that kind of money" shouldn't have to be repeated 10 times. My dentist charges me 60 bucks for an xray, this vet charges 209$ for an xray. Come on man, there's a cost of service and there's over the top greed. But well, my dog is getting better. So I guess it is what it is.
