We have used many locations around the country and this location was one of the better experiences we've had. They worked us in for appointment quickly, the vet was very professional and personable and thorough. Happy with the experience had at this location.

- AWAaren WertheimJun 18, 20261.0I’ve been going to the 100 oaks locations for years and just moved to Hendersonville so I called weeks ago to get our dog scheduled at this location closer to home. My husband and I walked in for the appointment and there were 3 girls upfront who looked absolutely shocked we were walking in. They said we didn’t have an appt and instead of apologizing for a mix up or immediately trying to reschedule they kept telling me it must’ve been my fault. I had multiple text messages with the date, time, and location confirming the appointment. They were extremely rude and unhelpful and were arguing that I must’ve called the wrong location or maybe didn’t make a full account even tho we have been going to Banfield for years. Again, I showed multiple texts confirming the appointment. We understood that the vet had already left for the day so at that point there was nothing that could be done, but we were shocked at how rude they were about it. We wouldn’t feel comfortable bringing our dog back here. I would skip this location at all costs. I should’ve listened to the others who had posted about bad experiences here as well. I luckily was able to get an appt quickly back at 100 oaks and we will be staying with them where we know our dog will be well taken care of.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
What types of veterinary services does Banfield Pet Hospital offer?
Banfield Pet Hospital offers preventive care including vaccinations, dental care, parasite control, nutritional and behavioral counseling, comprehensive exams, spay/neuter, microchipping, DNA tests, and end-of-life care.

No, Banfield does not provide emergency care services. You can call during hospital hours for urgent care advice or get referrals. For emergencies outside hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.
