This review is not on the providers because unfortunately we were not able to see them. I made the appointment online and received a confirmation call. During that call I was asked to move the appointment up by 30 minutes but couldn't because I too have a job & obligations. The caller said no problem see you at the appointment. Five hours before the scheduled appointment I received another call stating that they don't do new patient visits at the end of the day in case they run over. This would have been great to know during the scheduling process. I guess new patients can only be seen when there is no risk of the employees not getting off on time.

All the vets here have been kind and professional, they explain all procedures that may be available and work with the family for the best and reasonable treatment.

I made an appointment to bring my pup in for exam and urinalysis due to spotting blood in her urine and frequent urination with assumption that she had UTI but needed exam/diagnosis to get meds to get her feeling better. I drive my pup 25 minutes there and when I attempted to bring her in she was being anxious/difficult and planting her feet - 90 lb dog so I couldn’t get her inside. Multiple associates saw this happening and were aware of her appointment, not a single staff member stopped and even pretended to try to assist me with getting her inside or even the bare minimum of acting like they like dogs and appreciate customers. I call and tell them I’ve having trouble getting her in the doors which they could clearly see and they’re response or “help” was advising I can reschedule my appointment for her to a different time which doesn’t solve the issue. Something as simple as a staff member acknowledging her and saying something kind in a sweet voice and petting her, maybe bringing out a treat to convince her to come in, but none of that was my experience.

Hours are inaccurate, and my cat is now dead because of it. Claiming to be open till 5 on Sundays, when i arrived the doors were shut, locked, and not a person in sight anywhere at 2pm. Could've attempted another emergency center had the hours been CORRECT. But now i get to find someone to cremate my baby rather than help him.

I would give -1000 stars if i could and had to settle for a 1 star to leave this review! Just horrible and insensitive customer service. I called because my pet was very sick and I believed she was dying. She was covered under a wellness plan, but when I explained the situation, I was simply told, "We don't have any appointments." There was no empathy, no "I'm sorry to hear that," no "I hope your pet is okay," and no effort to offer alternatives, such as directing me to an emergency veterinary clinic. Compassion should be a priority, especially when someone is facing the possible loss of a beloved pet. Sadly, my pet has since passed away, and I have canceled the wellness plan with Bandfield. If I ever get another dog, I will choose a veterinary practice that not only provides medical care but also treats its clients with kindness, compassion, and empathy during difficult moments.
