  My monkey is a patient here, so not a new patient. I called up there this morning and explained he is barely breathing and won’t eat, has tremors and that I think he is actively dying and they turned me away. I also ask if they have emergency appointments they said they do but they are all full. So now my monkey is dying and maybe there could have been something that could have been done but again they turn him away knowing there aren’t hardly any vets that will see primates. So if I could give them no stars I would My monkey died yesterday afternoon

  Dr. Duvall was amazing! He was knowledgeable, reassuring, and gave me a great treatment plan for my ducks. He took the time to answer all my questions and explain what to watch for as they recover. It’s hard to find a vet who treats poultry and waterfowl, so I’m incredibly grateful Haley Veterinary Practice got us in so quickly. Everyone was kind and helpful. Highly recommend. ☺️

  I have a senior cat having issues. I want to say that from my first phone call I felt like I was heard, understood and taken care of, the office visit was great and the Vet gave me several options for treatment at end of life. I decided to bring him home and keep him comfortable. Why is it that the Vets office is the only real place where everyone there understands , supports and comforts you without judgement ? Wonderful people I cannot thank them enough.♥️

  They were so kind and they all had smiles on their faces I really appreciated them. They took in a mallord duck that was ill when I couldn't find anyone else. So I want to say I really appreciate you all so very much.

  My fur baby was in distress, I was distraught, the front desk ladies were sweet as could be and had me on their schedule within 20mins of the call. Super friendly and understood how important it was for me to have him taken care of immediately. Mr. Hayley took my concerns seriously, listened, and had the most amazing bed side manor as if I was holding a conversation with a freind. Great man, great staff, overall experience a 10/10. Highly recommend.
