  I normally am not one to leave reviews but I felt like I’d share my experience at Cumberland. My dog got super sick quickly with I chose Cumberland due to their quick availability and a friends recommendation. Dr. Jessica and the rest of the staff were SO amazing. I came in very anxious and worried, the staff really calmed me down and treated my sweet girl with the best care. Dr. Jessica answered all my concerns and gave the best care plan for us. The two days following our visit, Dr. Jessica called to check on us. My Minnie girl is on the road to recovery and I can’t thank Cumberland and Dr. Jessica enough!

  Well run vet clinic. Appointments on time. Plenty of room in the waiting room. Vets and Techs both are attentive and caring. Seems to be well equipped with diagnostic equipment.

  Nice people but, vets dont really listen to concerns and they try to push most expensive items on the market. They're not bad just not people I would I would use for permanent vet care because they will bleed you dry before they actually help your pet.

  I want to share my experience to help other pet owners make informed decisions. I was quoted $500 for the documentation required to travel internationally with my dog. After doing some research, I found that the same type of health certificate costs around $65 in Florida and about $145 in Chattanooga. I was also able to find a nearby veterinarian who completed the process for $88. I understand that this is a business, and professionals should be compensated for their time and expertise. However, pricing should remain reasonable and fair. In some cases, it feels like prices are set in a way that takes advantage of families who are simply trying to stay together with their pets. In my case, my dog is a service animal and needs to travel with me. It is concerning to see a cost for documentation that is significantly higher than what an airline charges to transport a pet, especially when it involves issuing a certificate confirming the animal is in good health. I encourage transparency and fairness so that pet owners are not put in difficult situations during already stressful processes.
