  Great service and care with us and our new 3 month old rescue pup first visit all the shots and checked over .. Rip Boston will be back . Very educational too for our grandarlins who came with us . Thank u

  We are so grateful we found this vet and only wish we had tried them sooner, after having some very unpleasant experiences at other practices around the Knoxville area. We have been in 3 times, 2 in semi-emergency situations and 1 for a normal follow-up/exam. Each emergency visit, our dog was treated by Dr. Justin Fraser, and he is absolutely amazing. He’s as good with us humans as he is with our dog. He is incredibly kind, confident, and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions patiently and without judgment. He is great. Our tiny little yorkie felt so comfortable with him. It must also be noted how incredible the entire staff is. I believe everyone who works there that is not a Vet is a vet tech/vet asst, and they are all incredibly sweet – again, equally with us people as with our dogs. They are also incredibly knowledgeable and competent. In both of our emergency type situations we arrived very near closing, on the weekend, and they did not make us feel put out. They were incredibly kind and were focused on helping our dog (and in doing so, calming and reassuring us). Both of our dogs loved each of them. We also love that each exam room has big windows so we, and our dogs, can see in and out. Also, and I can’t speak for every visit or situation, but we love that without question we were able to be in the room with our dogs each time (the way it should be). It eliminates so much anxiety for both us and our dogs and shows the vets and staff to be more trustworthy. Their costs are also reasonable and they did not try to push any unnecessary tests/medications etc on us. Also, the fact that they are open on weekends is so incredible and saves us from having to go to one of those other emergency clinics around.

  I love this veterinary clinic. It is always clean, organized, and welcoming. The staff are very professional, friendly, amd efficient. More importantly, everyone at the clinic truly cares about their patients.

  I want to start by saying I just moved down here and had no idea where anything was and I don’t have connections for good deals, but this was an absolute STEAL of a visit. It is only walk ins and I love that. All I requested was a rabies vaccine for my 8 month old Shihtzu named Bertha. That’s exactly what I got for a price of only $22. I was shocked. VERY reasonable/low cost prices, listens to you, so friendly and helpful. Tulip was the person who greeted me when I came in. Tulip was kind, sweet, and loved my Bertha-girl like she was her own. She had a personality that felt as though she fit perfect for her job. Everyone there was absolutely AMAZING. It went by within minutes, hardly a 5 minute wait, if that. I WILL be back again for any and all veterinary needs. Thank you, Staff of PetWellClinic. You guys rock! 🤘
