My 15 yo cat was seen by Dr Nibble and staff. Garfield is a sweet older cat treated with the loving respect he deserves. Office staff was too sparse for his 3pm appointment. Too often in an attempt to save a buck, clients are not given the attention they deserve...waiting on hold, or waiting for pets to be checked in or out. It does not reflect well on Banfield as a whole and it certainly isn't fair to the folks towing the line to do their jobs.

Workers are rude, unhelpful and refused to see or check on my injured dog because their computer was down and couldn’t check him in…. Disgusting that this place claims to be a “hospital” that helps animals but workers won’t do anything to help if their little check in system is down. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else!

Too long of a wait . Had a scheduled appt. One dr left for lunch knowing we were there. Our appt was just a recheck 15 min possibly. It ended up being over an hour, wait. Not great customer service today. It's unusual but it happened today.

I cannot stress enough that people choosing to bring their pets to this location should be very careful and always seek second opinions- particularly if they are under the care of Dr. Quiett. If we had not, our dog would be gone today. While we were away on vacation, our dog sitter took our aussie in to be seen because she suddenly was having trouble walking. During two separate phone conversations with Dr. Quiett, both my husband and I were told very directly that our dog would “likely not recover." We were literally minutes away from making the heartbreaking decision to euthanize our pet based on the prognosis we were given. I asked Dr. Quiett to prescribe medication simply to keep our dog comfortable for one more day so we could say goodbye. During this conversation I was obviously upset and crying and this doctor was consistently cold and rude while delivering incredibly sensitive information. After the appointment, our pet sitter was comforting our dog and discovered a very large tick attached to her stomach. The tick was removed, and within approximately six hours our dog’s symptoms began improving significantly. The following day she returned to herself completely: a healthy, happy, active, running dog again. The fact that a large tick was discovered almost immediately after the appointment by someone who is not a veterinarian raises serious concerns about the thoroughness of the examination performed - especially given that she jumped to the prognosis of something our dog would not recover from. We followed up the following day with another vet and they confirmed the diagnosis of Tick Paralysis. This experience caused our family enormous emotional distress and completely disrupted what should have been a happy family vacation. More importantly, it very nearly resulted in the unnecessary euthanasia of a healthy, recoverable dog. I have reached out to Banfield "Cares" and the office several times regarding this incident and our concerns have yet to be addressed.
