- SLSandra LancasterMay 5, 20261.0I called to let them know that I wouldnt be bringing my cat back for shots. The receptionist was rude. The lady talked to me and when we got done talking I said thank you and good bye but she just hung up on me. Ive talked to them on the phone many times before and this never happened. The atmosphere was totally different. Tell someone "NO" and see how they treat you. I wouldnt take my pet back to this place. And after reading the first review about someone's dog not making it and the way they did her, I now question the care they gave my cat in the past!

The day I took Yuki in I was there for a few hours but they were very busy. It was for this reason I thought their neglect in telling me the results of her heartworm test Was simply because they were so busy but when I did reach out maybe two weeks after the girl said it had not came back yet and she would look into it & let me know what she found out but she never called me back that day or the next. I ended up calling them. I opted for the more expensive “Package” (right at $200) because I thought they truly cared about the health of My pet (& I’m sure they did/do) But I wonder now. And it would only be fair to say/Include the fact that I was a walk-in, seeking a rabies shot.
- ESEmily SmithApr 11, 20265.0Dr. Carpenter always takes excellent care of our dog, loving her like she is her own. We recently found some concerning lumps and were very worried. Dr. Carpenter got us in for an appointment quickly and ended up performing surgery to remove tumors. Through every step of the procedure- the diagnosis, prep, surgery and recovery, Dr. Carpenter provided exceptional care. She always goes above and beyond what is expected because she really does care for the animals. The vet techs were great as well. Knowing that our dog was in good hands gave us tremendous peace of mind through the whole process. Our dog is now recovering well and we could not be more thankful!!
