- VCValarie CoxAug 6, 20265.0Dr. Carpenter has been taking excellent care of our 3 pets (2 dogs & a cat) for years! She loves and treats our pets as if they are her own. Dr. Carpenter is very compassionate, knowledgeable, and wise, with a God-given gift as a veterinarian. I have had pets all my life, and Dr. Carpenter is the best veterinarian yet! We drive 40 mins. to see Dr. Carpenter, and definitely worth the drive! Jake, the vet tech, is wonderful with the pets. He’s caring, knowledgeable, and communicates well with the owners. Recently, we met Jake for the first time, and he made a good impression on us. Dr. Carpenter and Jake make a great team! It’s comforting to know our fur babies are well taken care of with Dr. Carpenter and Jake.

The lady talked to me and when we got done talking I said thank you and good bye but she just hung up on me. Ive talked to them on the phone many times before and this never happened. The atmosphere was totally different. Tell someone "NO" and see how they treat you. I wouldnt take my pet back to this place. And after reading the first review about someone's dog not making it and the way they did her, I now question the care they gave my cat in the past!
