I returned the item and the store ordered me a replacement. The exact same box was shipped to my house a second time with the same missing piece. Customer service in store and over the phone were no help.

He is a handful, still super nervous around strangers, especially ones with nail clippers in their hand 😁 Tiffany treated my boy with the utmost respect, took her time, and calmed him as she groomed. She did a great job and I would highly recommend her to anyone that needs an accomplished, compassionate groomer.
