- RNRachel NewberryAug 24, 20261.0Made an appointment online and got email confirmation. Showed up for my appointment and they told me they never got my appointment and that I didn’t have one. After showing the staff my confirmation email she told me that she could fit me in an hour and fifteen minutes after my original appointment. Magically an appointment became available right then. Waited for one test result for forty minutes and I was having to advocate for my pet to get the right treatment. Staff seemed to not know much about definitions of pharmacology behind medications or recommended care. Too long of wait for appointment and results. Will not be going back

There is always a line you have to wait in forever as well. I always call in my dogs refill beforehand and I’m always hit with “ We didn’t know you called it in” every single time.My dog has been going here for years and I have put up with it for so long. I am seriously thinking of switching to a different vet.
- EREricka RojasJul 14, 20262.0They do give you a free visit. I don’t like that you get there and they make you wait 15m to just to come out so you tell them you are there. Once in the room they offer all this things that add up. I remember back in the days they would give the dogs heart worm prevention medicine. But now they want to say they have to do blood test to see if they have it before they give the dogs that medicine. I don’t know why bloodwork if it is a preventative medication, they gave it to them before without bloodwork. Also even do you have an appointment the vet was acting like she wanted the helper to take my dog in to her where she was at. Because she was about to leave. That’s crazy, gave me an appointment for a time she don’t got time. I said no, I would like her to come here that way I also talk to her about my concerns ande options. So she did come to the room and did give me time and solutions but also many things offered, felt like they just want to run up my bill. 6 anti flee pills I paid about $100 something

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
