- SWSid WhiteOct 14, 20261.0Had a card expired so rather than letting me update and pay the two months they turned me over to collections after only having one visit for my one year plan. So not sign up for their wellness plan.
- BKBecky KingOct 1, 20265.0Always amazing care !!
- CKChasity KilgoreSep 25, 20265.0We took our new puppy here after doing some research on the Optimum Wellness Plans online. On the website they offered a monthly plan that included everything you could think of related to preventative care and all the important things your pet needs. I was worried it would be one lump yearly sum however you REALLY can pay by the month. The cost is very efficient and ensures you can take care of your pets without footing a hefty bill every visit. The staff were all amazing! Even with the different tiered plans they suggested the one that made the most since for our pet, not the most expensive one. Looking forward to continuing care here with my puppy Beau 💙
- CBcloie bogerSep 15, 20261.0Will never recommend or visit the banfield BUTCHERS again almost killed my pet during a very routine surgery to have her fixed 😢 spent thousands and hours after hours at a different vet to get her back to normal
- RNRachel NewberryAug 24, 20261.0Made an appointment online and got email confirmation. Showed up for my appointment and they told me they never got my appointment and that I didn’t have one. After showing the staff my confirmation email she told me that she could fit me in an hour and fifteen minutes after my original appointment. Magically an appointment became available right then. Waited for one test result for forty minutes and I was having to advocate for my pet to get the right treatment. Staff seemed to not know much about definitions of pharmacology behind medications or recommended care. Too long of wait for appointment and results. Will not be going back

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
