- GLGrace LorenzMay 19, 20261.0I believe the groomer’s name was Kylie. It’s really hard for me to be dissatisfied with a grooming, but I was honestly shocked this time. This isn’t my normal location or groomer, and I don’t ask for anything complicated — just an even summer shave down and maybe a slight teddy bear style face, but even that isn’t necessary. First, the appointment took over 5 hours. They quoted me 4–6 hours, but I assumed that was just a broad estimate. In 5 years of taking my dog to groomers, even very busy ones, I’ve never waited longer than about 3 hours. Second, the cut itself is the most uneven grooming my dog has ever had. It’s choppy in multiple areas and she still has little ‘grinch feet.’ I understand grooming can be difficult and no cut will ever be absolutely perfect, but this was really disappointing.
