  We’ve been going to Petco off and on for a long time with multiple poodles, but I’ve never had a better stylist than Hallie at this location. My dog no longer seems nervous to be left and she looks phenomenal. Thanks Hallie

  This is a photo of my dogs toenails After she said she trimmed & buffed them. Not as short as usually done, but she would not redo them - went to work on another dog behind closed doors and would not converse with me. The other one I could see through the glass yelled "She's still out here" so I told her about the toenails length and that my dog's anal gland felt as full as it did when I brought her in. She stated we can't always empty the anal gland. When I said what about the toenails she said "We're Busy" in a harsh voice. I understand that, but since I paid cash prior, I have no resolution

  Really disappointed to say this was the worst in a store i’ve ever had. Walked in immediately noticed over 10+ dead betta fish; was a very upsetting sight to see. The customer service was a whole other issue. Once we finally were able to get a fish that was living the woman who is checking us out is flipping our fish upside down and wrappeing it into a plastic bag???? Also whole time not speaking to the guests that are checking out, instead speaking loudly about issues transporting a live animal. I was so appalled I canceled my purchase and quickly left. Definitely a place anyone with any morals should never support. truly disgusting
