  We had the best experience at petco, Myra was such a caring individual to help our son who is on the spectrum. Myra spent over a hour with us explaining what we would need for a new pet for our son .she was so kind caring with him .I can't express how much that meant to me and my family. Our son ended up with a hamster and he absolutely loves it and we will always remember to come back and see miss Myra ty petco for hiring such kind people

  We made an appointment to get both our dogs groomed. One dog is 5 years old and one is 4 months. The lady worker didn't seem to be interested in grooming our pets, which was estimated to be close to $200 fee. She greeted both pets and said they were both to hyper to groom. The older dog was sitting and puppy was jumping wanting attention. She gave us names of other groomers. Total waste of time. I know why this Petco has plenty of openings. The odds any dog will be groomed is zero. Only take your dogs here if the dog is a vegetable and doesn't move.

  Had to return an item and the process went smoothly with no hassle or disagreements . Very friendly and helpful staff.
