  Our dogs are treated wonderfully and the care given is always gentle. It is easy to get an appointment and you don’t have to wait very long to be seen at the office. The receptionist and techs are so kind and friendly and the office is clean and comfortable. We switched from another clinic and find this one much more attentive.

  I call with an issue with my dog. I feel because I didn't have the cash on hand they refered me to a vet in JC. My daughter was going to help with whatever the balance was. I also think 75.00 for an office visit is a little high for not being a previous patient.

  Recently moved to Johnson City TN from Florida. We noticed Lucky (our 14yr old cat) wasn't acting right. So we went to Unicoi Animal hospital. This vet office is very clean and professional. Dr Shelton ran some tests on Lucky and found out he is diabetic. We have been back and forth doing tests making sure his blood sugar is correct. Lucky is feeling so much better. We are so glad we found Unicoi Animal Hospital. Thanks again guys!

  Great vet and office staff that cares. They treat you like a real person and not just a number. The vet actually called me after hours every day to check on the progress of a sick pet. Would give this place 10 stars if I could.

  We stumbled upon this Veterinarian /hospital by accident three years ago. I’ve never been to a Veterinarian that cared so much and was so compassionate towards animals. We’ve never had a bad experience there, even when we had to put our cat down. Everyone was caring and loving. Recently, we rescued a little puppy that needed to be checked out. Again, they did not disappoint. Very tentative in caring. I highly recommend them for all your vet needs.
