  Drove an hour to get here. Got here 30 min before close.. I wanted some fish, no one was there to help. Only time I seen an employee was them telling me they were about to close. Still wouldn’t help with the fish. Then we asked the cashier for help. And she said in a real snarky bitchy way that no we are closed now you can come back tomorrow at 9am. Will not recommend this place to anyone. I guess I will drive to petsmart in Paris cuz i definitely will never step foot in this place again

  I had an appointment this past Sunday at10:00 for my dog Elvis to be groomed. I had his shot records out on the counter to take them with me for them to update. When I woke up Sunday morning they were not there and we had a lot of company at my house over the weekend and I am assuming they got thrown away. I called to let them know as soon as they opened and the girl I was speaking to said let me call you back as soon as they opened and manager got there. I received a call back in a few minutes from a girl named Shelby who was very nice as well and she said we are very booked up but because I was off work till Wednesday they were going to squeeze Elvis in on Tuesday at 1:00 and I was very pleased. Today I get a call from someone very rude stating my appointment is being canceled because the groomer Elvis is scheduled with already has 3 large dogs so I explained the issue and explained that the manager had said she would help the groomer that day and could I please speak with the manager and asked her name. She said the manager’s name was Shelby and she was not in today. I told her that was who scheduled Elvis and went over our conversation and asked could we wait till tomorrow morning after speaking with Shelby to cancel. She said fine. Two minutes later I get a notification that Elvis appointment was cancelled. When I called the store guess who was there and was the manager on duty?!?! Shelby. I was talked to terrible by the girl who called me to cancel and lied to two different times. So unprofessional! Do better Petco!
