  The staff were very friendly. They took the time to explain every step of the care they were giving my baby. They informed me what to expect, how to continue the care at home and when he should return for a follow up.

  Our over all experience was over the top. Everyone and I mean everyone was wonderful with our beloved dog, Barnaby, who suffers with arthritis. Kristin Miller was pleasant, kind and very patient with us and Barnaby. Very great full to Kristen and the staff at Best Friends.

  Best Friends is worth the drive. I took in a cat three years ago that someone dropped off. The kitten was sick and I took it to a local vet twice. Both times she was given antibiotics and still wasn't well. Took her to Best Friends and they found a polyp in the roof of her mouth that was causing infection. Removed the polyp and she has been well since then. So I always take her to Best Friends. Staff there is knowledgeable and friendly.

  Very expensive, went from free to $40 to $130. Didn't ask if we wanted something done just did it then charged us. Although my cat got medicine I could've got at tractor supply. Would probably come back because they do a really good job at helping animals though.

  Heartfelt experience God bless Best Friends veterinary Dr Taylor was awesome and her tec help were great as well. Very honest people didn't try to push anything that wasn't needed and even called afterwards to see how our dog was doing the next day have been to a few clinics in the past and I must say this is the best one I've been to yet highly recommend if you love your dog to take them here if you're in the Crossville area.
