  I truly cannot put into words our feelings of thankfulness and appreciation. From the moment our girl was put into your hands with the unknown lying just shortly ahead till the moment her remains and other very kind, thoughtful things were picked up. Thank you all so much.

  This was our first visit to Best Friends with our baby Dobbie! From the moment we walked in the front door, we were welcomed and knew we found a new home for our Lab. He was treated with exceptional love and admiration from the ladies who work there! Our main reason for the visit was his shots and a issue with fleas! The medication we received was BEYOND our expectations! Within 24 hours, we had a new dog! No more itching and biting at himself! Dobbie was calm through the visit, ( a welcome change for a 79.6 pound two year old yellow lab! ) We are very happy with our experience with Best Friends and as I said, we have found a new home, pleasant, professional and loving!

  My husband and I brought our boy Dobbie here today and everything was great! This was a day of firsts for the dog, first car ride since we moved here and first Vet visit. Of course I was hoping for the best but,expecting some mild chaos. No chaos, everyone there was patient and helpful! We were expecting to spend more than we did so that was a nice surprise too! Highly recommend these folks, the care and helpful information they give is too notch!

  I arrived on time (which is ten minutes early, of course) and was called right in!! I was immediately taken to a private room, so no waiting in the waiting area with other dogs that might frighten my cat. I appreciate that. I was seen right away by the assistant and the veterinarian. Both were very nice and welcoming. They obviously love animals and care about their well being. It was my first appointment, but I will be moving my records there and making them my permanent vet.

  I have been a customer here for years...well over a decade. In the last handful of them, this place has gone downhill. What used to be a place that I felt cared about my pets has become a place that feels like they are just trying to cycle you through while bilking you out of every dollar they can. The final nail was them racking up over a thousand dollars in blood tests and medicine for a disease that never went away. At which point they just stopped everything and said, "Well, our machine is sensitive so he's probably fine.". You couldn't have told me this before charging me OVER A THOUSAND DOLLARS?! How about a refund of some of that excess spending you charged me over a "sensitive machine"? Not even a "my bad". Getting callbacks and reminders is a thing of the past. Getting in, in a timely fashion, is a fever dream. They've blown up and have taken few, if any, steps to keep up. I rate them 3 stars; but, I am actively considering going somewhere else and I'd strongly encourage you to do the same. I can't help but feel like they scam you.
