  Customer service was great during my last visit. I saw some ladies asking all sorts of questions to an employee. She gave enthusiastic feedback and was very helpful. As I was leaving, the cashier was just as fabulous and friendly. The store was clean and I found what I needed immediately. I even had time to Show my grand daughter the fish, snakes and all the rest.

  I was in Petco last week and was amazed at how clean and beautiful the fish department was. No dead fish floating around and the plants for sale were beautiful. Manager Seth was very helpful.

  As a local guide i use all honesty and not personally aiming or saying this store alone is bad but after hearing complaints about the grooming area in Petco stores in general..and that states or some states dont require any guidelines on training your employees on grooming education..is abserd..its been all over social media..customers leave their pets in your care for this service and have seen and heard some very bad things..and it's at your best interest that every Petco in the US needs to change the policy..so maybe you should think about it even of you have to go the extra mile to do so for training. (I did a rating update due to reach out..and agreed that training and safety was a good thing)
