  Bella was treated like a princess. Dr. Madewell and assistant were very thorough and explained Bella's issue very clearly.

  I had a wonderful experience here. All staff members were very patient with me and my 6 year old daughter. All were very friendly and helpful, as well. They were very gentle to our sweet little Clover and took great care of him. I highly recommend them to care for your pet!

  My first time here because i needed a same day appointment for my dog's injured leg. Great experience. Staff was very caring and empathetic. Dr Laura Taylor was very thorough, understanding, and compassionate. I am going to make this my regular vet, as this experience was far better than any I have had at our current one.

  I took my big boy to Best Friends as an emergency visit. He could not stand and was in pain. They were so kind. They helped me get him out of my vehicle, and carried him in. They evaluated him, ran tests, and explained everything to me as to what was going on with him. We went home with meds that helped him with his issues and he was able to walk the next day.We have to go back in a few days to review some more test results when they are in, to begin his treatments. I thought I was going to loose my boy that day, but Best Friends has given us another chance. Thank you Dr Taylor and Best Friends staff. Terri and Jax 🩵

  I drove an hour to this place because when I first contacted them about the service I needed, they provided clear information and went above and beyond to help me. They were extremely professional and kind, and they even scheduled me for a priority appointment the very next day. I truly believe it’s worth coming here if you want quality care for your pet. Highly recommended!
