- SRShelby Robinson4 days ago2.0We have absolutely adored this vet for years. Gotten over 6 pets fixed here. They helped us through a hard time with my baby gizmo when he was really really sick. Called today (he’s only EVER been to this place) because he’s just been in the same spot for around 2/3 hours and bleeding at lot from a an open wound near his tail (which is not a good place for a wound) . So I called to ask a simple question on if they thought it could be handled at home or if he needed to be seen.(he’s an indoor outdoor cat so sometimes he just gets into little fights but he’s never acted like this) Cause we trusted them. The lady on the phone proceeded to tell me that, “ They only take “HEALTHY” pets.” And then told me absolutely nothing but different vets I “could” take him to. Safe to say I was very disappointed. I understand yall go by appointments but I am so disgusted by the fact yall didn’t even care about my cat at all. How can yall call yourself a veterinarians office , if you only take the “healthy ones” on top of this my mother then called them right back and told them the same things I did. And got told exactly what we would’ve needed to do. So safe to say if you sound younger they won’t take u seriously. Whoever the lady was on the phone does NOT need a position in this place. I’m highly disappointed and I have recommended this place to people for YEARS!!
