  Jessica is our child's groomer and when she left for maternity leave, ensured that our little boy was taken care of and sent a picture to the groomer covering. He is less anxious when we drop him off here.

  Amber was very rude and disrespectful as a manager she really needs to learn how to talk to people. Her employee was mad disrespectful to my daughter and told her that she couldn’t sale her a fish when all my daughter asked was if the stuff she had picked out was a good starter kit for the beta fish she had chosen. I will never go back to petco ever again.

  I specifically go to this location for Saphira! She is an amazing employee and I value her opinion. I've had bad luck with veterinarians and could never find solid advice for my cat Frank Sinatra. Not only is Saphira knowledgeable, she truly wants to find something that will help instead of just selling you anything like most do. Thank you always girly for your help and professionalism!!!

  Went in for a return from an online purchase. The item was the wrong item. The manager, Amber, was loud, rude, and argumentative. I calmly showed her my order details but because of the SKU, she argued that it was what I ordered. I asked her to please bring it down a bit due to her loud voice and attitude. She wore a ratty t-shirt and jeans but no name tag or anything identifying her as a manager mush less an employee. I had to ask for her name twice before she gave it to me. I thanked her and left with my refund. Corporate was contacted and the wonderful representative was so patient and professional, almost compassionate.
