I have been with Banfield for six years while I was in California just recently moved to Tennessee and had my file transferred over to the Banfield on Wilma Rudolph had one visit there and it has been the most horrific experience ever please pet owners do not bring your animals here. All they care about is money they do not care about your pet. They don’t care about communicating the care for your pet. They lie to you. They don’t tell you the truth. Nobody could give you direct answers and when you call them out on it, they are quick to tell you not to bring your pet back anymore. This was the most terrible operation I have ever been to please please do not bring your pet here.

The Banfield system was down so they could not remove a medical waste charge and wanted us to leave our card so they could charge it later. The cashier called Jacqueline for help. Ofc we felt uncomfortable with that and offered to pay by check minus the $6.12 fee. Jacqueline came back and informed us that she was wrong since they could not remove the charge and since our dog was not on the wellness program, we did own the $6.12. It was the most unprofessional uncomfortable dishonest way to charge someone when the Banfield system does not run properly the customer should not be made to pay random fees.

Went with my husband to take my 1 year old cat for a coughing concern. The front desk lady was nice but the vet herself was not..she manhandled my baby, and was just not pleasant. She kept talking to my cat in a weird tone I didn't like and just overall wasn't nice. 🤚😔 don't recommend, my poor baby was terrified.

I will never take my dog to banfield hospital ever again. His last visit was just horrible, made an appointment.I knew it was gonna be a drop off.But usually with a drop off, they usually see sammy within an hour or two, and they know about sammy's anxiety issue and how bad it is. So I go just all day not hearing anything.Want to know what's going on.Trying to call the hospital to check on the status. No one is answering the phones. So then around noon, I decide to go and check to where I am informed, dr.Doctors have been in surgery all day and have not seen not one animal yet. So I canceled my appointment and ask for them to bring sammy to me. Poor guys was shaking so much once I got him home it took at least 3 days to try to get him calmed down. He's pacing. He is panting, so heavily. He's shaking, he won't eat. My poor baby is so traumatized for being stuck in the cage. All day long and I don't even know what else happened. Sorry to say that Banfield lost my business.
