  Doug(doodle), Ripley(heeler) & Beethoven(chihuahua) all stayed at the ranch for a week while we have remodeling done. I cant say enough kind things about the staff and how well our dogs were treated. Being away from them for a week was so hard but I knew they were safe. Thank you!!!

  I love bringing my pup to the Ranch! She loves doggie daycare and we love all of the special events they do. They also allowed me to take a tour and I was so impressed with how clean their facilities are! Maple will be back for a long term board this summer and doggie daycare as often as possible! We have also used grooming in the past and they did a great job.

  Absolutely adore this place! My Kylo loves it as well. He never even looks back at us when we drop him off. Staff is incredibly nice. Facilities are always clean and they do a lot of fun things for the dogs! Been taking him here for five years now since we moved here and just adore this place! We also get him a bath and nails clipped before picking him up and he always smells and looks great.

  Had high hopes for The Ranch but unfortunately I was very disappointed. Took 4 dogs there to board and 2 came home with kennel cough and one with a cut on his head. All of our dogs had the vaccine to prevent kennel cough. We checked on the dogs while we were gone and they said they are doing great and are precious. We called to get an explanation of the kennel cough and the cut and their explanation was poor and that’s when they said they had to separate 2 of the dogs that’s why the cut on the head, but never reached out to tell us. Don’t recommend this place and won’t be back.

  I typically take my dog to a different kennel but due to some last minute booking problems I had to take her here for the first time. When I got her in the car I noticed a very bad and strong smell. I initially thought it was just because the kennel stunk, but when I got her home and really started petting her I realized she was soaked in urine. She had been lying down in urine for who knows how long. I immediately gave her a bath and you could see it rinsing out of her fur while she looked so ashamed. I have never had this problem with any other location before and she definitely will not be coming back.
