  They need to clean their pet cages out. It looks like the cat cages have never been cleaned and they are shoved in a tiny box left to be bored all day. It’s an unhealthy lifestyle and it smelt awful. Litter box looks like it never has been cleaned, there was throw up left uncleaned in the corner. The water looked unchanged and maybe even moldy. I felt awful for these sweet kitties, along with the birds as well. Most animals look lethargic, I don’t think that they being lethargic is this staffs fault but petsmart 100% need to update their policy. This is animal abuse at this point. I’m hoping I just caught them on a bad day.

  Walked in to my appointment to be greeted by Kaitlyn. Not a pleasant person. I was nervous about even having her wash my dogs. Every other employee that passed by me and my dogs were friendly and playful with my dogs. Not Kaitlyn. Instead she never made eye contact with me or tried to connect with my dogs. I have been bringing my dogs to Petco for 8 years. We recently moved here from Atlanta and this was my first experience at this Petco. After getting my rabies paperwork together, Kaitlyn asked me if my dogs had any health issues. I told her one of them has seizures occasionally. She said she’d be right back. Then comes back and tells me she cannot service one of my dogs. I drove 25 minutes to get there to find this out. Never had any other grooming place, including the Petco in Atlanta, bring this to my attention. Most frustrating part. Kaitlyn. She almost acted relieved that she didn’t have to wash two more dogs today. You have lost my business.

  DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOGS TO THIS PLACE!!! I took my beautiful ShitZu for a cute bear cut and they just did whatever they wanted and cut all of her hair off. They also took an hour more than promised. But the worst part is that I told them and insisted that they did not cut her eye lashes because her hair grows so fast and goes in her eyes and causes itchiness and she hurts herself…. they cut ALL of her lashes. The groomer Tabatha had no regards for our instructions. When I called to talk to a manager, no one was available!!!!!

  I've been a customer with Petco for years now and I wasn't happy with how I was treated on my last visit. I had to wait while a lady picked out fish for her aquarium, no problem she was there first. Then I had to wait for another family to get theirs, again, no problem they were there first. My problem is, both of those people were handed their fish afterwards. When the young lady finished nagging my feeders, she told me that they would be available at the register. Why were the people in front of me given their's, but mine were carried to the register. I hate to play the race card, but, the two people in front of me were white and I'm black. I, sincerely, hope this wasn't the case, cause I'd hate to take my business elsewhere

  I was very frustrated. I waited 20 minutes in the fish dept for help. the girl who works in the fish department is very sweet and helpful, but needs help. Just take a walk around that department and see how dusty and sloppy it looks. If i didn't live on the other side of town, i would have left. Surely with the prices of your products you could afford extra help! how about someone who floats to help in all departments when needed. I think i will be finding another pet store.
