- JMJoseph MosmanJun 14, 20261.0Hard to give anything but one star for the experience I had. Very cold and poor customer support for people who deal with dog owners everyday. I was not greeted when I walked in, nor was I told anything about what my dog would go through. My dog was visibly upset and anxious, and the person who took her just coldly took her back, never once tried to comfort her. I then tried to giver her a Mr Potato head toy for my dog’s crate and she ignored me. I contacted support after, and they just referred me to a “policy” that states dogs cant have anything in their kennels. My dog seemed different after all day after. and I can’t tell any real difference in her coat for the nearly $80 I paid. They also didn’t tell me what they did when I picked her up, instead just pointing to a piece of paper with the information on it. Highly unsatisfied with the support and care provided.

I would've brought them back if they'd been open. It seems to be an on going problem. I've been coming here since I've been old enough to buy my animals their food, and I have to say this is not a good thing with them almost being 10 a can it's not worth the buy anymore.
