The ladies at Banfield are amazing. I had an elderly cat named Odin who was withering away in his old age and couldn't keep food down no matter how much he loved to eat. These ladies were so gentle through the entire process. This was a couple months ago. I haven't been able to express myself about the situation until now. I miss that cat dearly. But the ladies at Banfield made the process as easy as possible during our hard time. I can't remember your names at this point but you girls are very appreciated.

Staff is nice. Wellness plan is a scam. You pay monthly and every time you go in you owe several more hundreds of dollars on top of that. We even had a cat that died 6 years ago that had been lumped into our payment plan with my other animals and I was charged $30 a month extra per month for 6 years. Not one person ever asked us why we had a plan for a dead pet for 6 years. We have 4 animals on the plan so it was easily missed on our recurring charge. We asked if we could get any sort of refund or compensation and it was a simple "no. " Today the vet had a technician call me to tell me that I needed to have more tests done because my had common side effect of the sedation they gave her for a procedure to determine why she is losing weight. They then said they wanted more tests before they got the results of the first test that required a sedative that made my cat sick. The vet was not even the one to initially call me about this, they told the tech to tell me these things. I will never use a cooperate vet again. A local vet is way more trustworthy and doesn't try to trick you into payimg for extra money for pet care under the guise of a "savings plan."
