  Took both of our dogs in for a walk in nail buff/trim and were told that they didn’t have time to accommodate this even though we called the store about 20 minutes prior and they said otherwise. Both dogs ended up getting their nails trimmed, albeit the work was very quick and sloppy (nails were not trimmed evenly, some not even at all it appeared.) The groomer is not totally at fault, she explained that something came up and she was by herself with a lot of dogs and was clearly overwhelmed. The real issue here lies with the grooming “manager” who just sat at the desk or stood around while his only groomer was clearly scrambling around and stressed out. This manager seemed completely incompetent and uninterested in helping out his team member, we will definitely not be coming back to this horribly run store.

  Really?Like this petco, even though it's about a twenty minute drive from where I live. For starters, they actually have windows up by the cash register. It is a larger store than the one in cool springs. So they have a lot more stock. I went in to buy a specific brand of catnip Meowijuanna that my cat loves. My local store in cool springs doesn't carry it. Unfortunately theres been a package redesign. I had trouble finding the specific flavor I usually buy. I thought it was out of stock and picked an alternative. As I was finishing my shopping, an employee named Kieran came up to me with the correct item. He had gone through more than 50 tubes to find the one I was looking for. Really appreciated his help in going above and beyond. The option I had picked in the same brand my cat would not have liked nearly as much...

  Had what we needed ( a training leash)was a great price and works great.. staff are always helpful

  this place is ok but I haven't been here in a while now (2-3 yrs) I just get fish from here they're ok, but not the best really wish they had tangerine lyretail mollies here

  I love petco and even had been a member with them for quite a while until I went in 3 days ago with a friend to get our pet and was denied because when asked why I was i was interested in it I said my friend has one and the lady said "sorry nope can't sell to breeders" I tried explaining it was for me and that my friends was also a female she didn't listen went about our day. Too many questions are being asked that are personal as well.
