  Would never recommend, I’ve had two horrible experiences with this vet clinic. One was us with a pitbull and recently was with a kitten two nights ago. We brought a kitten in there that I only had for 7 days, trying to save it from suffering because it was having a lot of neurological problems and it’s sugar kept dropping after it was dewormed by another vet. The cat was barely breathing and clearly suffering. These people gave it a recovery shot, gave me a tub of stuff that the cat would not touch without force and she was so fragile, cat food after being told this cat was refusing to eat and she only weighted 1.8 the first time she was weighed and not was under a pound and then charging me telling me the cat would be fine. The cat was alert for a hour and then went back to the same issues as prior because they didn’t address why her sugar was dropping. Just told me it was dropping.She passed within six hours and my kids are still grieving not only the death, but the false hope from this vet.

  All the staff were absolutely phenomenal with our dog Athena. Thank you so much for comforting her in her final minutes. Your kindness and compassion is so appreciated. We couldn’t have asked for better people.

  My puppy was seen immediately after checking him in at the front desk. The care he received was professional and loving. Everyone there made us feel welcome and at ease during a stressful time. Highly recommend!

  Don’t go if your dog needs to see a vet right away. They need more vets on call. Waited for three hours and had no sign of being seen. Literally could have been to Knoxville had I known it would take this long.

  First all all my visits here have been amazing,till now my cat couldn’t breath they put her on oxygen and keep her for 7 hours then had to pick her up and take her straight to my vet and she still needed oxygen by the time I got to my vet she was barely breathing and was supposed to send the X-rays to me and didn’t so guess what I had to pay for more X-rays. Remember the doctor told me to take her straight to my vet even tho she needed oxygen I ask about her oxygen she said she should make it I think she will and this is after paying over twelve hundred
