Would be an amazing spot for an emergency vet to actually be at. Try calling for hours and can't ever get through and don't even have a voicemail set up to leave a voicemail to have someone call you back. You would think with the outrageous prices they charge they could afford to have enough staff to answer a damn phone call. Zero stars.

I am extremely upset and disappointed with the care my dog, Willow, received. She was originally diagnosed and treated for what we were told was a prolapse, only for us to later learn that she actually had a tumor. When the problem happened again, we were required to pay another fee just for her to be seen, even though it was related to the same issue. We also have concerns that a catheter was left in longer than necessary, contributing to further complications. Because Willow’s underlying condition was not correctly identified from the beginning, she ended up needing another surgery less than six weeks after her first surgery, which we had to pay for out of pocket. The financial burden has been difficult, but what hurts us most is what Willow had to endure. Our poor girl was put under anesthesia multiple times, went through additional pain and recovery, and experienced far more than we believe was necessary. Had the tumor been properly identified and treated initially, we believe she may have only needed one surgery. Willow is our family, and watching her go through all of this has been heartbreaking. We are asking for her case to be reviewed and for consideration of reimbursement for the additional expenses we incurred as a result

My dog had got bit or stung and started swelling along with multiple bumps popping up etc. They took my call even before coming in or even saying I would come and help me over the phone without any hesitation. We ended up coming in because of how fast her swelling and more symptoms were developing they took her straight back was very friendly & kind and got her feeling better quickly. They were all very kind and the pricing wasn’t much more than me taking her to her normal vet.

Would not recommend! My Tonka passed away after going and spending tons of money and then the vet hisself told petarmour that my dog was having focal seizures before the medication was applied which was not true also that he was previously diagnosed with Cushings disease before hand !my dog was very healthy until pet armour was applied he never had any issues why this vet would say this is unknown to me !!!!!

If I could give negative stars, I would. I don't even know where to begin in writing this. One night in June my dog was attacked by our neighbors dog which prompted a visit to this clinic. They ended up having to give my dog two sets of stitches & a tube to drain the fluid. When we went to have the tube & stitches removed it took them what felt like 5 min. They brought him back out to me with a lump still on his neck. They said it was excess fluid & that it should go down. Well, that never happened. It continued to leak fluid & be a medium sized bump for a little over a month. I called the emergency vets office & asked if this was normal. They said that it could be, but to see his regular vet. So, I scheduled an appointment with Cherry Point Animal Hospital in Kingsport. They take him back & bring him back to me & made the comment that he was a "brave boy". I had no idea why. Then, in comes the doctor with a baggy in hand. They had started to push the puss out & found that there was still a tube in his neck. I am actually dumbfounded at the medical negligence that has occurred in this situation. I feel like my dog was failed by the people who should know better than anyone on what to look for!?!? How do you leave a tube in my dogs neck??? It honestly makes me sick to my stomach. I am doing some research on how to proceed with all of this, but this is insane. I would never trust this animal hospital & I will never be taking my dog to them again. The prices people pay to bring their dogs here in emergency situations & this is the type of service we receive?? Mind blown!!
