  Jacob and Olivia refused to sell a lizard to me when I told them multiple times I have another home for the animal it honestly felt like a racial thing because everyone else had no problem getting animals it’s honestly disappointing and disgusting

  This store is very convenient to my home. I buy two bags of kibble for my doggie. They have quit stocking one of the bags I get. So disappointing.

  This is the Only veterinary experience that we have ever had where an appointment was made and confirmed for Sunday, 7/19/2026, I arrive with our dog, and was told that they canceled! No call, no email, nothing. The very nice young lady at that point did what she was instructed to do by offering me 20% off and to reschedule. Needless to say I spent more in gas driving there. I spent another 25 minutes while the young lady was on hold with the customer service department who did absolutely nothing. I was told that corporate would contact me within 24-48 hours and here we are on Wednesday, I continue to call, and they tell me the same thing that I will be contacted by corporate within the same time frame! I was left on hold for 35 minutes on Monday and this process continues to be on a loop with no resolution. Absolutely unacceptable and super rude and uncaring regarding their customers. I'm not one to name specific people but it was also disseminated on Sunday when I was there that they do this all the time and another lady walked in with her dog while I was waiting and experienced the exact same thing! I was in the customer service industry for 37 years and had this been our model, my career wouldn't have lasted 37 months! What a pathetic experience and I will not stop without resolution!!!

  Such a personable staff! Even the customers were friendly. I felt right at home and learned a lot asking about the animals on display. There were animals being surrendered and I got to hear how the staff cares about the difficult transition for the pets. They wait three days to display them to see if they have stomach upset due to anxiety. I was amazed that a pet store anywhere takes in critters to rescue them from being thrown on the side of the road. Shelters don't take critters. My heart is touched. I will never shop Petsmart again. It's Petco or no-go for me!
