  My family and I enjoyed the friendly customer service from the very first day we visited. Our son Justin has bought, and now raises a bearded dragon which whom he adores. The employees at the Critters Mart are very helpful. We appreciate being able to walk about the store and see the different types of animals that are being housed there. 😁

  There are not enough words to begin to describe how grateful I am to have Critter Mart as my hometown pet store. The owner truly goes above and beyond, not only for the animals, but for the people who walk through those doors as well. On March 28th of this year, I lost my cat Bailey, whom I had since she was a year old. Bailey and I shared a bond that is hard to put into words. She was my comfort, my shadow, my baby. When she passed, part of me went with her. The heartbreak was overwhelming. After losing Bailey, I tried opening my heart again, but sometimes life has different plans. Through all of it, Critter Mart was incredibly understanding and compassionate. Then there was Mama Cat — now Bella. ❤️ From the very beginning, there was something special about her. I started going in every day just to spend time with her and bond with her. Every visit, she would curl into my arms, purr nonstop, headbutt me, hold onto my hand, and look for me when I walked in. In the middle of grieving one of the hardest losses of my life, Bella slowly started helping me heal. What makes Bella even more special is how much she reminds me of Bailey. Not because she could ever replace her no cat ever could but because she has that same calm, gentle, affectionate soul. The kind of cat that just melts into your arms and makes the world feel a little less heavy. Losing Bailey made me realize something even deeper we truly do not deserve pets and the unconditional love they give us. Through our hardest days, they stay by our side asking for nothing except love in return. The comfort, loyalty, and trust they give is one of the purest forms of love there is. The kindness, patience, and care shown by everyone at Critter Mart during this process has meant more to me than they will probably ever realize. Thank you for caring so deeply about your animals and the people who love them. 🐾

  Critter Mart is amazing the staff are always welcoming and there are staff constantly cleaning, animas look and are well taken care of! It’s a great place and I highly recommended ❤️
