  I wanted to take a moment to share some feedback as a regular customer and a snake owner. I really appreciate the selection of animals you provide, and I stop in regularly to look at the snakes and other animals. They are always beautiful and clearly well cared for. As a snake owner, one of the things I occasionally need to purchase is live or frozen feeder mice. I understand that purchasing live feeders involves additional paperwork and that it can be an uncomfortable part of owning certain pets. However, I have noticed that my interactions with Mandy have not always been very welcoming or pleasant. I have also noticed that she seems reluctant to handle the paperwork associated with purchasing feeder mice and often has the store manager, Joseph, take care of it instead. I want to specifically point out that Joseph has always been fantastic in my experience. He is professional, kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. I would give him five stars without hesitation. My concern isn't about anyone losing their job, and I certainly don't want this feedback to be taken that way. I simply feel that customer service is especially important in a business that deals with animals. Customers come in with a variety of pets and circumstances, and sometimes that includes purchasing live feeders or dealing with things that may not be pleasant for everyone. A certain level of understanding, compassion, and professionalism can make a big difference. As a regular customer, it's disappointing when an interaction feels unnecessarily rude or uncomfortable. Recognizing and treating returning customers with kindness can go a long way toward building relationships and encouraging people to spend more time and money in the store. I'm sharing this because I genuinely enjoy your store and want to continue having positive experiences there. I hope this feedback can be taken constructively and used to improve the customer experience for both regular shoppers and new customers. Thank you for taking the time to read this, and again, a special thank-you to Joseph for consistently providing excellent customer service.

  I bought 7 fish from the store on Friday August 21st and as of today August 26th, they have all died. I've never had a problem buying fish there before. It is not a water issue either considering I have other fish in there and they are doing fine. To say I'm disappointed would be an understatement.
