  The guy that takes care of the aquariums is awesome. Very knowledgeable,helpful and goes beyond just a job.

  I just adopted a dog from the humane society and I needed a bag of dog food for the night. I found Petco, we went in the see what he would like. I never seen so many different brands, etc of dog food, I cook for mine. I picked a bag, sat it on the floor, he showed no interest 🙄 I picked 1 w/salmon in it. The cashier was really nice, she enrolled me in the rewards program.

  So took our dog in for the works. We have been traveling and he was neglected on grooming. Ana was our groomer. She was amazing, she worked hard bringing him back to good looking:). She has the best personality and our dog was well taken care of. Thank you so much Ana. Sorry we wrote this review a few days later, still on the road, Koda loved the work. Highly suggest you make reservations with Ana.

  Staff is always friendly even with the array of new faces working there each time. They are helpful when needing help finding a product. Store is clean and bright. My biggest complaint would be their registers/point if sale system freezes often and the employees often have to reboot the systems or shut down the computer entirely. This makes for a long wait when they are down to 1 out of 3 registers during busy hours. Its not fair to the employees or customers and corporate should fix this issue and invest in reliable user friendly technology. My only other complaint is the male manager often will berate the employees verbally for being friendly and asking how each customers day is. I have seen this happen 2 separate times with the same manager and different employees. He said, and I quote 'Im not paying you to socialize.' Asking someone how their day is part of normal vernacular in customer service. Otherwise the interaction could be handled by a self service kiosk, which is not what people go to a pet store for. This may be why I have seen so many of the good employees leave and why they cant keep anyone very long.
