  Today I brought in my dog for a comprehensive exam to Banfield in Greer. It was a very positive experience as a result of Dr. Coulter and the entire staff. Everyone from the front desk staff, to the vet techs, to the doctor were kind, compassionate, and professional. I was extremely impressed. I've had a lot of bad experiences at Banfield's over the past 15 years but this was not one of them. What really blew me away was when Dr. Coulter came into the room and sat down and had a discussion with me regarding my concerns, and when he went over my dogs lab results with me, and when he showed me pictures of dental disease in dogs, and when he showed me pictures of dogs from underweight to obese so I understood where my dog fell on that spectrum. Dr. Coulter cares about your pet. He wants you to understand your pets health and any concerns you have. He's going to tell you truth and not sugar coat things. Some of us appreciate things like this. I know Banfield corporate loves to rush appointments and pack 25 + appointments per day. My appointment was not rushed. My dog received excellent care. I look forward to more appointments with Dr. Coulter and the staff at Banfield Greer in the future.

  the drs & assistants are wonderful. My dogs are not stressed & you can’t beat the value you get for the price you pay. Highly recommend it.

  ⭐ 1 STAR – Banfield Pet Hospital is an absolute disgrace If I could give zero stars, I would. I had an appointment for my dog at 5:00 pm, we arrived 4 minutes late due to traffic, and the “doctor” still refused to see us. Their excuse: “we don’t have staff.” Then why on earth do they schedule appointments if they don’t even have people working? What’s even worse is that their hours clearly state they close at 6:00 pm, yet at 5:04 pm they were already “leaving.” They did not care at all about my dog’s health. They don’t care about the well-being of the animals, only about the money they charge. The indifference and lack of empathy was disgusting. This place is a complete scam, a joke of a “hospital,” and a danger for any pet. DO NOT trust them. They don’t respect their own hours, they don’t respect pet owners, and they certainly don’t respect the animals. I will NEVER return to this place, and I wouldn’t recommend it even to my worst enemy.

  I had a negative post earlier but came to realize that this organization as a whole does a great job. I’ve been a vet care member for all my dogs for many years and never had an issue until recently. I cannot blame Banfield Vet Clinic for one persons inaction when everyone else through the years have been incredible. I apologize for my negative review last week, it was not fair to your organization.
