  The store was very clean and everything very organized and let’s not forget about the person at the cash register he was so polite and courteous and friendly. I don’t remember his name but he should be recognized. Mary Jones

  Walking into this location the first thing you are greeted with is the smell of urine. The fish tanks were pretty unkept as well.

  The staff are always friendly whenever we visit and the variety of products for all of our pets (dogs, reptiles, and a hamster) are great. Our toddler loves looking at all of the fish in the aquariums. He also likes the birds and guinea pigs. All of the pets in their enclosures always seem very well maintained and the store is awesome!

  I wish I caught the young man’s name who helped me with fish this evening. He was very polite and patient with me. He was very knowledgeable about the fish. He introduced me to the gargoyle gecko and told me some interesting facts about bettas! Store was clean, cashier was super nice and made sure my fish had a safe set up for their long drive him. I really enjoyed my trip today! Thank you.

  This rating is mostly for the grooming services. The retail store itself is well stocked and clean, with relatively helpful associates. I took my dog here a handful of times to be groomed, and all was well, so it seemed. However, the final time I took her there, I was turned away from dropping her off because something was askew with her medical. If I remember correctly, they needed clarification on heartworms. I was confused because I brought her in regularly without issue and her veterinary paper work was up to date, and nothing had changed at all since her last visit. She had been heartworm free since her full treatment in 2024 and her paperwork, which was very recent at that point, clearly showed she tested negative. I assured them that I could call my vet right then and there and have them email over any paperwork they might need. But they told me that it didn't matter, they simply weren't going to groom my dog today. By that time, all the grooming staff had come out from the back and gathered around the check in desk so as to intimidate me out of the store. It was a really embarrassing and confusing ordeal. I have since brought my dog elsewhere for her grooms.
