Karen was definitely rude, an unaccommodating in the store. I will give less than a two star. Review if it wasn't because of the nice cashier that assisted us afterwards .

Peices are high, wouldn't give case price(they were out of stock) of wet dog food.

GROOMING. I am ecstatic about the trim on my Maltese. First of all, he’s not friendly with most people, but immediately liked both groomers at sign-in. When I give him a bath at home, he paces back & forth in the bathtub. After his bath, he uses his head on our bedroom carpet like a vacuum cleaner to get water out of his ears for about 15 minutes. Then, because he’s upset that I bathed him, he only allows me to blow-dry one side of his body. LOL. I fixed that problem by buying bath hammock. Now I can blow dry him in half the time. No shenanigans anymore. My point is, he behaved for both groomers!! Probably because they’re female. For whatever reason, I’m extremely grateful that they tolerated him AND made him look so manicured, fluffy & even sophisticated. We will be a repeat grooming customer!!!

Brought my Pitbull into get his nails cut, something we do routinely at various locations in South Carolina. He is large, medical records fully up to date, and he is my fully licensed service dog. Never have had a problem in the 8 years we’ve been getting his nails cut until today when we were refused service because of a skin tag NOT EVEN NEAR HIS PAWS. My husband explained we were just in there last month, that the skin tag actually has paperwork on file for being fully safe and he had a Tshirt on. If they even claimed to have to go near the skin tag on his arm pit to cut his nails, I think they need to find other jobs. Karen, the assistant manager would not give us the groomer’s name who refused our dog. If they said they weren’t comfortable given his size, breed, experience level, I would not be writing this review but they didn’t. Further during this whole scene being made, my vicious 102lb Pitbull was laying down, and every kid that came into the store got to pet him. To all the dog owners in the area, don’t bother if you have a large breed, they’re discriminated on and they will just pawn you off to Columbia which just go to that one to begin with, they’re great over there. Karen, your name suits you.
