He was knowledgeable, empathetic, and helped me put together a plan to get this sweet cat healthy. Lois helped facilitate the whole process and even called at 8pm one night to check in after we had another cat neutered. What an amazing team! We will definitely be staying with this outstanding practice. Thank you!
- TPTanya PDec 3, 20122.0Very, very, very POOR. I have been going to this vet for 3 years now and everytime I make an appointment it takes forever because they have the WORST hours. They take weeks off at a time or they will open at 12pm and close at 3pm or open at 3pm and close at 5pm. They are never reliable and it kills me that they never know what they are doing. About the comment on being able to rely on them in case of emergency is full of it. My mom had a dog and she was older and she called the vet for help and to get an appointment for the dog to be seen and she had been going to this vet for 20 years. (a loyal customer) When she went for the appointment days later they informed her that her baby was suffering from kidney failure and since they would be closed for the following week my mom had to either put her baby to sleep or let her suffer at home and see if she made it to when they would be back in the office. What kind of vet would do that to a loyal customer of yours....that is why she found another vet. I have found my other vet and start going this momth because I am tired of getting this vets answering service every time i call and having to wait weeks at a time to get a vet appointment and i usually call a month ahead of time anyway. They are very expensive compared to other vets in town and the other vets are better. Im just done and my babies need someone that is going to care about their wellbeing as much as i do and not just see dollar signs when i walk in the door.
