- JLJordan LemonsMay 14, 20241.0We’ve had multiple different issues & today was the final straw, we won’t be returning. We purchased the most expensive package they had for vaccinating our kitten and almost every single appointment we had there was some sort of issue. Never once did they tell us there was a time restraint with the package we purchased. At his last appointment, they told us that all he had left was bloodwork and microchipping and one more shot, which was what was initially supposed to be done but they said they wanted to switch it around and that to be done in February / March instead. That appointment was cancelled by VETCO, not us, and they never rescheduled it until I finally rescheduled the appointment. Once we showed up, the one lady started to check us in and let the other lady know we are here for our last visit. The 2nd lady then informed us that our package is now void because of a time restraint and they won’t be doing any of the things we purchased (close to $300) unless we agreed to pay again because of the time frame, that we were not once informed of & no one bothered to make us aware of before we drove all the way to the appointment (I was coming from mount pleasant). I called and made a complaint as well, but was basically told there is nothing anyone can do for us. They consistently make you feel like all they want to do is charge and upcharge you. At this point, you could purchase from a full service vet and at least they’ll make you feel like they actually care & customer service will be up to par. Never once has any of our appointments here been an easy, quick, or satisfying experience. Do not recommend.
