  I’ve been to this Petco a few times now. And I’m always absolutely impressed by the warm, friendly and knowledgeable team members who work there! The store is always clean and organized and has a great variety of pet related product products. I want to give a special shout out to the young man named Frank in the fish and reptile department today. What an absolute gem! It didn’t take long at all before he looked my way and asked me if I needed help, and promptly came over and listened to what I needed. He came across as honest and Genuinely caring about the critters we were talking about. I had purchased three little goldfish a few months ago from the store and they are doing so well and they are so much fun that I decided to get three more for my second small tank. Frank was so knowledgeable and he was just as enthusiastic as I was about my goldfish! I love that he gave me some great information and didn’t try and be pushy or sell stuff I didn’t need. If I was the store owner, Frank is the kind of person I would want to have taken care of my critters, as well as my clients! This location can be challenging for parking and be careful driving in the parking lot because people are a little bit loopy and aggressive.

  I have been taking Milo here to get groomed for a while and they never disappoint. Kat has always been fabulous with him and takes extra care because he is terrified of water and to be away from me I never worry while he is with Kat. She is very knowledgeable and I appreciate that she knows he is anxious and is always so great with him. I get him back happy and looking and smelling fabulous! I wouldn’t take him to anyone else!

  Might as well get rid of curbside pickup. I’m not too sure about other locations but this location is just sad. I placed a curbside pickup order because I was not able to get out my car. I did all the things the app told me to do to check in. The app said an associate would be out shortly. So I’m waiting in my car for over 20 minutes. I started thinking ‘oh they must be busy’ Two employees walked out for a smoke break. So I sent the store a reminder I was here and waited a little longer. After another 10-15 mins I just decided to go ahead and walk into the store. Two employees were standing at the door talking and the one at the register was on their phone. I did end up getting my order at the inconvenience of having to go into the store when I selected for it to be brought to my car for a reason. Curbside shouldn’t be offered if your employees are too lazy to take the order outside. I’ll stick to PetSmart. At least their employees welcome you when you walk in and actually bring a curbside order to your car.
