  I have had multiple problems with this Banfield! Most of the time, they don’t answer the phone to talk to someone. I had an appointment scheduled, and when I arrived there was a sign on the front door “vet closed” with no call at all. If you have appointments you should reach out and let them know you’re closed before they arrive. Also, I rescheduled that appointment, than the day before they call and say “we don’t do drop offs that late” than why is there a time slot for it. (Remove it). I’ve left multiple messages with no call back. Prolonging my pets care. It’s been over a month because I can’t get in contact with anymore.

  A dog and I our appointment was at 9:30. We got there at 9:15. We didn’t get seen until about 9:49. The problem is they’re only open at a certain time because they don’t have a vet and when I was there I saw a lady get there 10 minutes late for her appointment and they turned her away. Didn’t make sense to me because I got there early and was late getting seen, but anyway the staff is good they could be better could be friendlier than overall. They earned four stars, not five.

  Usually I leave 5 stars but with limited days to have my dogs taken care of, it’s a bit frustrating getting an appointment. Dr Ennnick is fantastic I must say.

  Don’t bother coming here. In fact, don’t bother with Banfield at all. Time and time again their computers are down or they’re late or double booked. My “drop off” was anything but. If you’re going to schedule people at 8am maybe you should have employees scheduled to be there beforehand. After 25 minutes of waiting post check in to drop off my cat everyone was told the computer systems were down and to come back later if they called. For the amount of money I pay for their stupid wellness plan you’d think Banfield would at least make their computer systems reliable. I guess not and I’ll be cancelling my plan. I don’t even care if private clinics are more expensive anymore.
