- CFC FJul 7, 20261.0I brought my two dogs in on Friday July 3 and it was both their first and last visit for grooming. Our Golden Retriever looked like he got washed and never combed out. He had two knots behind his ear and on July 6 I felt behind his ears and it was crusty, scab and possible infection. We were NEVER informed that they were razored off the knots and possibly had cuts behind their ears. For our Golden Mountain dog she also had two knots behind her ear and ear and the same thing happened to her. I am not happy with the customer service that we received. Please for future reference please inform pet parents of any cuts or open wounds
