- SCSharice ConwaySep 15, 20261.0I am not sure if I will be coming back. I bring my stormi in once every 2-3 weeks, everything was usually fine. About 3 weeks ago, take my stormi in for a BODY HAIR cut. I wanted to get the face and legs but take her body down. They completely shaved my dog hairless, and she still stinked. The next day I called after sitting with it and they gave her another bath. Well forward 3 weeks later, I get a call and voicemail for a Nicole, I assumed she was management and maybe she just received this complaint on her desk because it has been 3 WEEKS. She leaves a voicemail and said twice in the voicemail I am rebooking Stormi “ON ME” she said on me twice. I called back and on the phone as well, she said I am rebooking her on me which date would you like. I’m thinking “on me” meant a free wash. So I give her a bath, and at pick up I was handed a bill by a manager. And I said sorry, Nicole said this was free and then I was told she doesn’t have the authorization to do that. I said no. Listen to his voicemail. Smh, this was so embarrassing and such a waste of my time. This lady called me out of no where 3 weeks after that fact.
