  I had an appointment to get my small dog groomed . Appointment was for 12:30 and I had to wait til 4pm to pick him up . Will not use this groomer again

  Fire lights were flashing the whole time. No noise and the staff said apparently the alarm may go off randomly. Dude if I had epilepsy I’d literally die.

  Petco usually has a great variety of products, and I’ve always had decent experiences there, but today was disappointing. I stopped in to buy a couple of goldfish for my nephew, new aquarium decor, and a temporary tank for myself. I asked one employee for help, and she told me another employee needed to assist me. After waiting about 25 minutes, the second employee helped several other customers before us and repeatedly walked past without acknowledging us. When I finally got help, I was asked if I had a setup for the goldfish. I said yes. The employee then pointed to the temporary tank I was purchasing and asked if that was the setup, stating that it would not be allowed. I explained that I already had a setup, but she still called over the first employee to verify my answer. Oh & mind you, the first employee that said couldn’t help me was the one that got me the goldfish. I understand wanting to make sure fish go to proper homes, but the way it was handled made me feel like I wasn’t being believed. The long wait, lack of communication, and being treated like I was dishonest made this the worst customer service experience I’ve had at this location.
