  I like coming to this store whenever I'm in town. The staff is very friendly, the store is very organized and I must admit most of the items here are a lot cheaper than the pet stores in my city. I for one highly recommend this store.

  I almost didn’t come into this store because of some bad reviews on Apple Maps. I’m glad I didn’t listen because this store was so clean, bright, well-organized, and well-stocked! I was able to find everything I needed, and the customer super e was awesome.

  Took items in for an exchange, cashier had to wait for a manager because she hadn’t been trained on exchanges. Then, the manager didn’t know how to do an exchange for an online order…

  I am a recurring customer from Petco and the times that I have gone to the store to buy food or other items I have had a good experience, however I had a terrible experience by phone today. After speaking with an employee who didn’t know about scheduling appointments I asked to be transferred with Tiffany the store manager regarding the best way to schedule an appointment for the first time free wellness check since the scheduling system only shows a function to schedule a vaccination. She had no clue what I was talking about and kept telling me that I had to make an appointment through the vaccination portal, which I did not feel comfortable doing because I did not want to schedule a service that I did not want to receive. She told me several times that she is the store manager but is not affiliated with PetCo which does not make any sense and that she is not familiar with the veterinarian or the wellness check system and did not even know that the first free checkup was being advertised online. She gradually lost her patience with me and began to accuse me of arguing with her, so I just ended the call without receiving any information. This was a very disappointing experience and the customer service that I received, especially from someone who is supposed to be managing the store, is absolutely unacceptable.
