For a walk-in only place, there was no wait and great staff. I also was able to keep the bill in a manageable range for what it was my dog needed.

I do not recommend coming here unless you have 3 hours and a $1000 budget. Maybe they move with more urgency in life/death situations, but I've been in twice for urgent/non-life threatening issues and each time I've had to wait a minimum of 2 hours just to be seen. That being said, I do appreciate the kindness and care that I received from Dr. Strait, however the lack of urgency at this particular clinic makes me feel unimportant and unhappy to spend over $900 each time.

Unfortunately, this place is a nightmare and I would urge you to go elsewhere. Coming from the vet med field myself, I have too many concerns to list but I’ll state a few. I have gone twice with two different pets and both times saw the same “relief vet” who had the worst bedside manner and delivered bad news with a complete lack of empathy. She was filled with uncertainty even though she claimed she had 20 years in vet med and sounded completely robotic. The second time I brought in a different pet and I had the same experience with additional concerns. She was looking up information on the vet database that was old information from over 10 years ago and had no idea what was going on with my puppy. She told me his future was unknown and turns out after his checkup at my trusted vet, he has a small issue that is treatable. The vet tech was very nice but unfortunately he could only do and say so much and we left both times feeling angry, frustrated and like we wasted our time and money.

If I could leave ZERO stars I would. People come to emergency vets scared, nervous, hoping they will save their fur babies. (Dog is fine by the way, he’s seeing his primary in the morning after 4 hrs of “umm we ran several tests bust still don’t know. By the way here’s some meds that may or may not help” we decided to get a professional opinion instead of Dr.whatsits.) If that’s you then DO NOT take your pets here, it’s run by emotionless, robots who don’t really know what they are looking at unless big boss wants to get out of their comfy chair and actually do a diagnosis instead of playing candy crush but unless you have $$ and say yes to everything they throw at you then your pet will just suffer as they says well it could be 15 different things but we won’t know until your bill looks about $5000. OH and god forbid you have any veterinary knowledge because they become nasty and rude because you want clarification for scary stories they are trying to spin just to get some change from your pockets. If your animal can wait for your primary vet even 12-24 hours I highly suggest it and unless you want to put your animal down don’t bring them to this morgue. Whole staff needs an empathy and etiquette class.

Called because my normal vet was closed, and my dog was having diarrhea for a few days and was lethargic. They said I could bring him in, and was first come first serve. I got there around 4:30 and had a tech look at him around 4:45. They said they switched over to night shift doctors at this time so I wouldn’t be seen until 5:30/5:45. I live 4 minutes away and asked if I could go home and come back. They said no because I would lose my place in line. (There were no cars when I got there) but I understood. At 6:05 they finally took my dog back for the vet to look at. He was back there roughly ten minutes. When the tech brought him back he said the doctor would be in in about 5-10 min… 15 minutes goes by and I still have not heard a thing. The tech comes back in and says that a kitten just came in in critical condition, and the doctor will be with me after that. At this point I had been at the vets for over two hours. I waited until after 7:00 with no word. (Again got there at 4:30) My boyfriend came and asked the front desk what was happening, to which he was told they were reviewing vitals. We cancelled our appointment, and will go to our normal vet tomorrow. Waste of 2 and a half hours
