From the moment I called, April provided such attentive, compassionate, and caring customer service. She immediately made me feel comfortable and reassured, especially during a stressful situation involving my sick dog. I needed an emergency appointment, and the team went above and beyond to do everything they could to squeeze him in and make sure he was seen. I truly appreciated their willingness to help when I needed it most. Carson, the nurse, was absolutely wonderful. She was so sweet, gentle, caring, and patient with my dog, and it was clear that she genuinely cared about his well-being. And to Dr. O’Brien, thank you so much. I could truly see the knowledge, expertise, compassion, and passion you have for what you do. You took the time to care for my dog and made me feel confident that he was in good hands. This entire team is GREAT! ❤️🐾 I would drive miles and miles just to have this team care for my baby. They provided the level of compassion, professionalism, and care that every pet parent hopes to receive. Thank you, April, Carson, Dr. O’Brien, and the entire team for taking such great care of my baby! 🐶❤️

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
