There’s two individuals that work there that have been passive aggressively, rude to me one older, heavyset, woman who made me wait five minutes while she had a conversation with another sales associate and a person that had already paid. Once she was done with their conversation, which seemed like she held onto for quite a bit of time maybe over five minutes She started to walk at an angle towards the register from the other register diagonally. She said I can take you now. I then stood there and gathered myself and I was checking on my dog and she again said I’ll take you over here.. I said I heard you the first time. I walked over when she looked at my shirt that I was buying there that said one hell of a dad she hummed some sort of tune, like some sort of passive aggressive mockery towards me being a good father. I can’t exactly remember what I said after that, but it was nothing disrespectful. She then turned to my dog, passive aggressively and started to engage with him. I know he wasn’t wearing a service vest, but I told her that he doesn’t interact with people and that he’s a service dog and she let me know he didn’t have a vest on. I said, I know that. Then days later when I went in the store, there was a younger gentleman wearing glasses multitasking I gave him the courtesy of the day and he ignored me then as I was walking through the aisle with my dog that now had his vest on the woman from the other day that I was talking about originally greeted me. I greeted her back. I’m doing well and how are you? She ignored me. I went about my business as I came back after getting my items I saw her again and I said how are you? I’m doing well and she seemed angry to have to answer me and she greeted me back after doing so she threw a piece of cardboard that she was stacking in an aggressive manner. I went to the cash register. The young man who I originally greeted and didn’t greet me back waschecking me out as he was checking me out he acted very passive aggressively again. He wasn’t answering me. He was turning his back to me. I put my card in the machine and he turned his back and the machine to be in limbo so that I couldn’t finish my transaction until he returned or turned his back at me and faced me again. I said there must be something wrong because it’s not going through and then he pushed the button and I said oh it must’ve been you. Upon finishing my transaction as I turned the corner of the Register he had a dustpan that has a pole on it directly in the way that one might trip or one might have an accident where the dog becomes afraid because you might knock it over and one might get tangled up and have an incident. I noticed it due to the fact that I’m 100% disabled combat veteran from Iraq I’m very vigilant. I then let him know that he should be careful He has an obstacle right in the path and then I left the store. That being said, I’ll never buy an item from your store I’ll never use your products ever again. I’ll never return to your store ever again and I don’t care if you fire them I don’t care what you do. I’ll never shop at your store ever again because there’s been other incidents, but it just is one after another and this is the straw that broke the camels back. and I’m glad you asked me to do a survey and now I’m doing it. You can do with it as you will, thank you. Have a nice day.

Good customer service. Lots of animal choice to choose from. Clean and friendly
My husband was just there and let's just say the customer service was not good...at all!! My husband was inquiring about some milk and a bottle for our kitten and all of the answers were not helpful, the answers were short followed by a walk off. He decided at that point to just walk out and take his business elsewhere.

Girls very helpful here. Even sent me to another store when I was looking for something specific
I love having a Petco in Orangeburg so I don’t have to constantly travel to Lexington, but the aquatics section of this store sucks. I visited this store twice 3 days apart and the same exact dead snails were in the tank both times I visited. How are you going to let dead animals sit in the tank for multiple days? Also, the staff are usually friendly, but last time I went here and asked a young guy if he had a moment to help me, he rolled his eyes at me and didn’t want to help me.
