  Great rewards program. Always a good variety of items. They offer grooming and vet services at most locations.

  Really disappointing experience. I waited around the fish section for quite a while while two employees clearly saw me, yet neither offered to help. I finally approached an employee who had been casually stocking shelves the entire time and asked what I needed to do to get assistance. Instead of helping, he was smug and dismissive, spoke to me like I knew nothing about keeping fish, and essentially told me no with an attitude. The other employee saw the interaction and still never offered to help. You have no idea how experienced a customer is, and there’s no reason to talk down to someone who is simply trying to make a purchase. I left without buying anything and will gladly take my business elsewhere.

  We got our kitty Winston here in April and found out he had gotten Corona in petco 2 months after but not until it had mutated and the finances are too high to cover and unfortunately he is so ill now we have to put him down I have heard not good things about adopting the kitties from here but had a good experience prior very very heartbreaking for my children :/

  Very nice, clean pet store with a huge selection for all of your pet needs. The staff were friendly and helpful.

  Difficult at times with 3 dogs, but the price was right. Visited the vet clinic and had to walk around the store with 3 dogs.
