  Piper took very good care of my little Luna-Tic, she had a bath, nails trimmed & buffed, ears cleaned. Piper kept her cool while my Luna lost hers. I will definitely request Piper for future visits.

  The groomers here are very professional and I feel they handle my Aussies “Pawdicure” very well. They dear e great tips for sure. I don’t have any photos, but trust me when I say that when I catch my pups eye through the window, she is flipping me off.

  They are exceptional! My baby girl Kai hates her nails done and will tell you very loudly that she is not enjoying it. Now with that being said, she will not bite but she is very verbal. I told them about her and how she won't bite but she will make her displeasure known. And she did not disappoint. The woman did a wonderful job and got her done and laughed at Kaia talking to her. Kaia is a Pittie mix and can be intimidating 😳. But they were wonderful with her! Even when Kaia got so loud another groomer came running from the back to make sure she was OK because Kaia was so loud. Kaia is their's forever.

  The nail buffing, ear cleaning , and teeth brushing were all done so efficiently and quickly. They even gave us $5 off for happy hour(coming between 2-5). I would definitely recommend them and will use them again soon.

  Was great for a year and a half and then Kim took over somehow for our dog saying “only she could groom her” and she’s a “two person dog” when she had been groomed successfully by several other staff members every month. Our online booking access (the reason it was convenient to go there) was taken away several times and I had to keep calling and asking why to get it back each time. When I would call nobody ever answered the phone and then would call back at the most inconvenient times. My dog started to act TERRIFIED to even go in the store and the entire process became so negative and stressful that I cancelled my premier membership with Petco and will NEVER go back. Took my dog today to Libby Lou’s in Surfside instead and WOW 🤩 Night and day experience. The owner was so friendly, took excellent care of my dog and was able to groom her no problem. She even got some kisses from my dog. Highly recommend Libby Lou’s and her pricing is excellent as well!
