  If you’re a dog or cat owner, it's great. Huge selection. We are bunny owners and the selection is abysmal. I'm so tired of ordering them treats, toys, food, hay, basically everything online. What they do stock has seeds and stuff that isn't good for them, which is probably why it's in stock. Any educated bun owner knows they can't really digest that kind of food. I'd love to go to one store and get just one thing for them. Instead, I stop by hoping to find anything at all for them, and walk out empty handed. It sounds like other exotic pet owners have this same problem. At one point I could at least find one kind of treats. It's been months since they've had them in stock. Now we're stuck ordering from Chewy, and running out of stuff constantly. It's frustrating, to say the least.

  Went in for an air valve and some aquarium tubing. I was able to get the tubing. Other than that the area for valves and other aquarium items was bare. A lot of empty spaces. When asked if I found everything I needed I responded they had no air valves. The cashier asked the other cashier if they were indeed out if valves. The response was yes. We were supposed to get a shipment Tuesday but nothing came in. We have been out of stock on a lot of items for a while. Hearing that explains why so many people shop Amazon. If brick and mortar stores won't keep items in stock you force consumers to go to Amazon.

  Just a heads up with the grooming department. They WILL NOT groom an animal that is heartworm positive & being treated. I definitely wouldn't have put my rescue through the anxiety had i known ahead of time. I must have overlooked something because I see nowhere that this is policy.
