I have been taking my dog to Banfield for 13 years and have never ever had any kind of issues. My dog has had wonderful vets and has been to three different band fields. I am very pleased with the care that she gets.

My pets get great care at the Banfield in Market Common. The upfront staff is always friendly and very helpful, and the doctors always take time to call and discuss every appointment with me in detail.

If I could give this place a negative star I would!! My fiancé and I took our cat to this vet yesterday, granted we had a coupon for a free visit. We gave the nurse a heads up that she is a loaner cat. Well 3 HOURS LATER it took them to reach out to say she is “aggressive”, couldn’t get her out of her cage to give her a rabies shot, to sedate her, or to even do the swap! REFUSED to let us come back and my fiance help hold her cause I mean Zoe been with her for 8 years! Told us we need to sedate her and take her to on point. They were very short with Nikki(my fiance) wouldn’t listen to her and deemed our girl as aggressive! They said she scratched a guys arm so bad! Look how she was at OnPoint! Make this make sense! I think because it was a free visit they didn’t want to do anything for our girl! But what I will say is NEVER take your animals there go to OnPoint which is like 11 min from that place

We are a Banfield client in another state while on vacation in Myrtle Beach. Our dog was very sick so we found this location near where we were staying. We just showed up when they opened and was able to leave him for an appointment. Dr. Chapman called after a couple of hours and told us what we needed to do. Everyone we met there was friendly and showed great concern for our companion. Hats off to the team at the south Myrtle Beach location!!!!!!!

My dog has had nothing but excellent care at Banfield. They are knowledgeable, kind and honest. They don’t try to push unnecessary services like I have experienced at other places.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
