- JSJanet SianoMay 12, 20261.0I took my dog, Dixie to your clinic and I tried to refuse a heartworm test butI was told that I could not purchase the heartworm medication or the flea and tick medication without the test. I never heard of that before and I was quite upset. I’ve had dogs for 75 years giving them these meds for all my adult life and not one of them ever got heartworm or fleas. This is a rip off just so you can add more to my bill. The manufacturers of these products charge a ridiculous amount and that’s why most people can’t afford them so their dog suffers by not getting treatment. For a clinic, your prices are still way too high! Stop being so darn greedy!!!!
