I took my dog, Dixie to your clinic and I tried to refuse a heartworm test butI was told that I could not purchase the heartworm medication or the flea and tick medication without the test. I never heard of that before and I was quite upset. I’ve had dogs for 75 years giving them these meds for all my adult life and not one of them ever got heartworm or fleas. This is a rip off just so you can add more to my bill. The manufacturers of these products charge a ridiculous amount and that’s why most people can’t afford them so their dog suffers by not getting treatment. For a clinic, your prices are still way too high! Stop being so darn greedy!!!!

The vet techs were extremely rude and stand off-ish. They tried to close early despite me having an appointment. Definitely would not recommend.

Unfortunately I thought they were extremely rude and unprofessional. My one senior dog doesn’t do good at the vet and you could tell they were clearly annoyed and made the comment “we should be compensated more for this.”
