I can stop by Petco and pick up a toy for my pup and walk over to Total Wine and pick up a nice bottle of wine for me I need to address how disgusting the PetCo restrooms are. I used the unisex restroom and was shocked how dirty it was. Toilet bowl needed to be disinfected with a good scrubbing, sink and floor were filthy. My husband was going to use the mens restroom but it was out of order at that time, and was also surprised how dirty the unisex bathroom was. Employees need to take turns to check that the bathrooms are always maintained clean.

As I was paying for my vetco bill I told her I also had an online order to pick up. She rolled her eyes at me. Didn't say one word except smirks the entire time I was checking out. Your other employees never asked if I needed anything when I was looking at your reptiles. They didn't ask if I needed help in any aisle I was in even when I passed by them. Terrible customer service. You need new employees, they don't like their job and it shows. So I wish there was a half star for your store. If you like rude people this is the store for you. I'm in customer service and what they did today is very unacceptable. Please train your employees on how to treat paying customers.
